Bringing Justice to Workers in Bawal's Industrial Belt

Bawal, located in Rewari district, has emerged as a rapidly growing industrial town with numerous small and medium manufacturing units. Workers here are often employed through informal arrangements, leaving them highly vulnerable to wage theft, poor working conditions, and sudden job terminations without any notice or compensation.

Ram Gopal Foundation brought its outreach programme to Labour Chowk, Banipur — a key congregation point for daily wage workers — to ensure that even workers in smaller towns outside the major cities have access to legal support, awareness, and a platform to raise their voices.
